I needed to have some tires installed and called thinking I would need an appointment, NOPE, the wonderful ladies at the front told me to come on in and they would have someone take care of it. Once there I was greeted immediately and in less than 5 minutes my Durango was in the bay getting the new tires put on. Special thank you to Mr John for installing my Tires and SHOWING me that another one of my tires was bad even when another shop TOLD me they were good!! Overall great shop with kind, knowledgeable employees. Highly Recommend!!!!

I work for a warranty company and when filing a customer claim, Robert, one of our claims adjusters mentioned how spirited Michelle, one of their Service Advisors was. When I called to provide a payment for the customer claim, she was exactly that! Amazing energy, fun to talk to, quick and just a breed of her own! Such an amazing advisor. I can't wait to work with Augusta Automotive, for a chance to work with Michelle again! Thank you Michelle and thank you Augusta Automotive for having such a great staff member!

Augusta Automotive has become my one stoo Automotive maintenance and repair shop. The repairs I've had was done very professionally and on time. A diagnostic report with photos of future work that needed to be done was provided along with estimates, the staff, Ms Michelle and Ms Kitty kept me informed of the progress and completion times. I'm not sure of the full extent of the services provided by Augusta Automotive Tires and Service Center but, I am certain I will be using them for all of my vehicle maintenance and repairs in the future. Great service, good people and comparable pricing.

Had brought my car because of the check engine light. They were upfront with me and gave me a detailed schedule on when it can be fixed. I was also in a hurry, and they were able to fix my car quick. Pricing is reasonable and they send proof and pictures of what is wrong and an itemized list of what you will owe. The front ladies are amazing and so kind. 10/10 this is going to be my mechanic spot!

I had an absolute awesome experience at Augusta Automotive. The staff is very professional and easy to work with. They take pride in customer satisfaction and do not try sell the customers services that are unnecessary. This company is a diamond in the rough. I recommend them all my friends and family.
